You may return or exchange your items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Unused and Unworn: The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition. Handbags should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Original Packaging and Tags: All returned items must include the original tags, dust bags, and packaging that came with your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, when returning or exchanging an item.
Please note that certain items are excluded from our return policy, including but not limited to:
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
