1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and accessories.
✅ The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
✅ The handbag must be in resalable condition, free from any damage, stains, or alterations.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

📌 Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
❌ Items purchased at a discounted or clearance price (final sale).
❌ Custom-made or personalized handbags.
❌ Gift cards and promotional items.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

📦 Step 2: Wait for return approval and shipping instructions from our team.
🚚 Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect).
🔍 Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

✅ If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✅ Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
✅ If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

📌 Partial Refunds:

  • A partial refund may be issued if the handbag is returned with missing accessories, damaged packaging, or signs of minor use.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect handbag, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@sissigownie.com with photos of the issue.

✔ We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

6. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for the same item in case of damage or incorrect shipment.
  • If you want a different product, please return the original handbag and place a new order.

7. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind (style, color preference, or other personal reasons), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

8. International Returns
